Nonwoven Geotextile by Polyester Filament
PET filament is extruded from 100% virgin PET chips and needle punched together to form a stable formation of nonwoven fabric. The high melting temperature of polyester ensures that properties are not affected by the application of hot bitumen or asphalt.
Function: Filtration, Drainage, Reinforcement, Protection, Separation.
Application: Mainly used in highway, railway construction, landfill, waste treatment, land reclamation.
Polyester Geogrid
Polyester geogrid is made from high tenacity multi-filament polyester yarns, the mesh size and structures vary with specifications. The surface is coated with PVC/Bitumen/SBR to have UV resistance and minimize degradation. The flexibility of geogrid facilitate construction and save up 50% of human power compared to traditional R.C walls.
Application: Used in foundation engineering, structural layers supporting road, railway, airport construction, retaining walls, steepened slopes protection, soil and slope stabilisation.
Geonet Drainage Composite
An extruded premium grade high-density polyethylene drainage core with a single or both sides non-woven geotextile bonded to the ridges of the geonet. The geotextile retains soil or sand particles as well as freshly placed concrete or grout, allowing filtered water to pass into the form to irregular surfaces.
Application: Foundation wall drainage, landfill drainage, road/railway/tunnel drainage and other subsurface drainage system applications.
Nonwoven Geotextile by Polypropylene Staple Fibre
Made from 100% virgin polypropylene staple fibres that are entangled together by needle punching process and achieve tensile strength by interlocking. It has excellent physical and hydraulic properties, resistance to corrosion, acid and alkalis. High flow rates and small openings features make these geotextiles ideal as filter fabrics.
Function: Separation, filtration, reinforcement, protection, drainage.
Application: Used in a wide variety of applications in the environmental and general civil engineering projects, such as roadway construction, sports construction project, landfill, drainage, coastal protection.
HDPE Geomembrane
HDPE smooth geomembrane is made from high-density polyethylene resins, adding carbon black, antioxidant, anti-aging agent and UV-resistance component. It adopted the first-class automatic production equipment and produced in accordance with GRI GM13 and ASTM standard.
Function: Impermeable, fluid and moisture-proof.
Application: Can be used solely or with any geotechnical engineering related products to control fluid (or gas) migration, such as in landfill, water reservoir, landscaping, petrochemical industry, mining, agriculture, aquaculture and etc.
Geocell
The strengthen HDPE sheets are welded by high power ultrasonic to form a three-dimensional reticular formation. It can be folded easily to ease transportation. During construction, geocell can be stretched out to a three-dimension honeycombed grid. When it is filled in soil, concrete or other granular substances, it becomes a strong and stiff supporting material.
Application: Stabilize railway, highway, prevention of landslide, reinforcement for embankment, retaining wall.
Polyester Woven Geotextile
Polyester Woven Geotextile is made of high tenacity and high molecular weight polyester yarns. It delivers high tensile strength at low elongation, superior durability and resistance to installation damage and chemical substances, enabling stable performance.
For any application where long term design of earth reinforcement structures is involved, Polyester Woven Geotextile is rational choice. Used as a reinforcement layer, Polyester Woven Geotextile prevents the construction layers from mixing with potentially damaging soft subgrade, increasing the strength of the granular layers and soil platforms, thereby preventing the premature failure of the construction.
Function: Stabilization, separation, reinforcement, drainage, filtration.
Application: Solutions to the toughest reinforcement applications, including embankments on soft foundations, retaining walls, steepened slopes, coastal and riverbank revetments and landfills.
Geosynthetic Clay Liner
Geosynthetic clay liners (GCLs) are high performance needle punched environmental reinforced composites which combine two durable geotextile outer layers with a uniform core of natural sodium bentonite clay to form a hydraulic barrier. Fibers from the non-woven geotextile are needle punched through the layer of bentonite and incorporated into the other geotextile (either a woven or non-woven).
When hydrated under a confining load, the bentonite swells to form a low permeability clay layers with the equivalent hydraulic protection of several feet of compacted clay. HDPE geomembrane can be added as top layer to increase waterproofing performance.
Application: Mainly used in the environmental engineering in sanitary landfill, reservoir, pond, artificial lake, underground infrastructure, tunnel, subway, railway, airport, bridge etc.
